Automobile Accident
A chef was a passenger in a taxi which collided with a light pole. The chef injured his back, sustaining a bulging disc. The chef had to reduce the hours he worked, for a year and a half. We recovered for him $ 1.5 million.

Slip & Fall
A plumber was hired to do work in a building in Manhattan. While descending the stairs of the basement in the building, the plumber slipped and fell and fractured his ankle. We proved that the stairs leading down to the basement were defective and in violation of the Building Code. We recovered $ 630,000.00.

Medical Malpractice
A man went to a hospital to have an emergency surgery on his fractured ankle. The surgeons were required to perform an open reduction and internal fixation of the fractured ankle. The surgeons were negligent in performance of the surgery requiring the man to have two additional surgeries. We recovered for him $ 630,000.00.

Airplane Crash
A mother and daughter were killed in a plane crash. The Airline contented that they were only liable to the extent of the Warsaw Convention Limits, $ 100.000.00. We commenced the lawsuit against the Airline and compelled them to pay $ 3.5 million.
